Dr. Tom’s Personal Warm Up Routine

Like so many that have been frustrated after knee surgery, I myself have gone through the same recovery over the last 6 months. Through some good physical therapy and hard work, I feel that my knee is back to normal and ready to perform at the gym.

I have 4 specific exercises that I use prior to my lower body workouts and Crossfit classes that help me feel mobile and strong. If you are struggling to come back from your knee surgery, talk to your performance physical therapist or contact us at Vital Force to learn how to get back on track!
